Whole Child Healing Circle (Ages: 4-8)

Service Description

Led by Emily Pressler, LCSW Intern, this circle incorporates a unique child-centered approach that encourages children to recognize emotions in themselves and others, including safely expressing their own feelings and experiences naturally through the language of play. Therapeutic Focuses Include: • Cooperative play • Encourage body awareness, self-regulation, and inner behavioral control. • Safely expressing feelings • Connect to self by integrating adapted breath, movement, mindfulness, and relaxation. This 10-week group will incorporate play therapy using expressive healing activities such as: 🧘Yoga 🎨Expressive Art 🪘Drumming 🎶Music and Dance Parents in CPRT: $200 per child, $100 for any additional child Parents not in CPRT: $360 per child (paid in full) *Payment plans available if needed. Cancellation Policy

Cancelations and reschedules without 24 hours' notice prior to the program's scheduled start time will be processed a fee. Programs and trainings that have already started will not be eligible for any refunds.
