Barbara Bronson
LCSW, RPT-S, Clinical Director, Co-owner
Barbara earned her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley State College in 2002 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah in 2005. She is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and has been working with children and families for over 17 years.
Barbara is trained in play therapy, sand tray therapy, art therapy, EMDR, and parent coaching. She has extensive experience supporting children and families navigating trauma, attachment challenges, ADHD, oppositional defiant behaviors, and concerns related to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Barbara is deeply passionate about helping children and families heal, grow, and experience meaningful change.

Anita Pizarro
CSW
Anita holds two bachelor’s degrees in Nutrition & Dietetics and Psychology, with a minor in Cognitive Neuroscience. She earned her master’s in Social Work from Utah Valley University.
She is trained in play therapy, sand tray therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), as well as Motivational Interviewing. Anita has experience working with both children and adults, supporting clients in processing trauma, attachment challenges, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.
With warmth and compassion, she creates a supportive space for children and adults to recognize their strengths and work toward growth and resilience.
Her clinical background includes work in trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, mental health disorders, and crisis intervention at The Refuge, the Children’s Justice Center, and Wasatch Behavioral Health. Anita is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys reading, nature, hanging out with friends, gardening, and hiking.

Chase Jenkins
CSW
Chase graduated from Dixie State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Spanish. He is currently finishing his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at National University. He provides therapy in both English and Spanish. Chase has spent most of his working career with children and teens. He worked as a registered behavior technician (RBT), a youth mentor, and a P.E. teacher at Coral Cliffs Elementary. He also served a two-year mission in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he learned El Castellano.
In the world, you can find Chase hiking a mountain, running, playing any sport, holding events, listening to music, reading, and writing occasionally. He aims to develop healthy relationships that encourage healing and progress towards a more satisfying and joy-filled life.

Heidi Fox
LCSW
Heidi earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from UVU in 2002 and a Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Utah in 2005.
She is highly trained and experienced in Play Therapy and Sandtray Therapy, and also employs parent-child relationship therapies. Heid is trained in Brainspotting, a therapy developed from EMDR, that is very effective in treating trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges.
Heidi has almost 20 years of experience working as a therapist and a medical social worker seeking to cultivate hope. She’s worked with trauma, anxiety, sexual abuse, medical trauma, medical illness, cancer, life adjustment and loss. With warmth and compassion, she enjoys creating a safe place for children, parents, and adults to celebrate strengths and work toward
growth and peace.

Joy Skinner
Counseling Intern
Joy is here to listen and support clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. She believes that trauma can be healed and transformed into inner strength and wisdom.
Her approach integrates EMDR, mindfulness, sound bath, hypnotherapy, breathwork, somatic therapy, and art therapy, supporting both the mind and body.
Joy holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Utah Valley University. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
She also brings over 10 years of experience working with diverse families, children, and adolescents, along with 3 years supporting individuals with severe mental health needs at the Utah State Hospital.

Susan Stroud
LCSW
Susan earned her bachelor’s degree at Utah Valley College in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Psychology in 2009 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Utah State University in 2014.
Susan is trained in play therapy, sand tray therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Child-Parent Relationship Training, Parent Management
Training and Child Parent Psychotherapy. She has experience in working with complex trauma, attachment problems,
adoption, sexual abuse, dissociation, self-esteem, and anxiety/OCD.
Previously, she has been working at Wasatch Behavioral Health nine
years helping children, young adults and individuals and families build bridges to emotional prosperity.
She loves hanging out with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She enjoys biking, swimming, playing at the lake, gardening, and seeing people bloom!

Tileah Patterson
LCSW
Tileah graduated with a degree in Recreational Therapy and Sociology from BYU in 2012 and earned her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Utah in 2015.
Tileah's background in recreational therapy builds a strong foundation in integrated experiential models of therapy such as art, sand tray, and play therapy. She is also trained in EMDR. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of challenges including mood disorders, eating disorders, trauma issues, and relationship healing.

Wendy Parker
Counseling Intern
Wendy holds a Master’s in School Counseling and is currently completing a Post Graduate Certification in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rocky Mountain University. She has six years of experience as a Licensed School Counselor and has also worked as a Social Service Worker supporting foster children, families, and survivors of abuse.
Wendy specializes in helping individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and self-esteem issues. Her approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices, and unwavering support. She cherishes time with her husband, five children, and two dogs, embracing sunshine and family adventures.

Ryan Herman
Business Director, Co-owner
Ryan brings both structure and heart to Innsaei. With a background in business management and years of leadership experience, he focuses on creating a therapy center where care, creativity, and connection can truly thrive.
His own healing journey through yoga and meditation shaped his belief that safe, supportive spaces are essential for growth. Ryan is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and Reiki Holy Fire I & II practitioner, and he brings intention, warmth, and a sense of play into the environment at Innsaei.
You might notice small touches of that playfulness throughout the space. Rainbows, creativity, and a sense of wonder are all part of helping kids feel safe, open, and themselves.
