Join us for a gentle 30-minute flow yoga practice followed by a deep rest session through yoga nidra, enriched with the soothing sounds of sound healing and the power of energy healing.
Light refreshments and snacks will be served at the end with an opportunity to connect with everyone. 😊
*Limited amount of yoga mats and blankets are available. Please bring your own yoga mat, blankets, and a pillow if you would like.
