Transcend-Dance

Transcend-dance is a blindfolded inner journey through music and movement drawn from shamanic and somatic healing practices. This ritual induces an expanded state of consciousness during which inner wisdom may be accessed and later integrated into life post ceremony. The event will open with an intention setting circle and close with an integration circle. 

This ceremony’s theme will be about getting to know your inner family-all of the parts of you-those that hold pain, those that you often push away, and those that you favor for the ways they help you cope and manage in life. You will be guided to call them all forward to witness them, befriend them, and move towards integration of their strengths and wisdom, while leading from your truest Self.

Hannah is a licensed therapist that specializes in helping her clients prepare-for, navigate, and integrate psychedelic experiences in order to heal from trauma and move towards wholeness.
