Barbara Bronson
LCSW, RPT-S, Co-owner
Barbara earned her bachelor’s degree at Utah Valley State College in Behavioral Science in 2002 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Utah in 2005. She is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and has been working with children and families for over 17 years. Barbara is trained in play therapy, sand tray therapy, art therapy, EMDR and parent coaching. She has experience working with trauma, attachment problems, ADHD, oppositional defiant behaviors, and issues around self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and adjustment. She enjoys helping children and families heal and improve their lives.

Melissa Blumell
CMHC, RPT, Co-owner
Melissa earned her Master's degree in Counseling from Adams State University in 2016. She is a Registered Play Therapist and loves working with children, families, and adults. She is trained in sand tray therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, and parent coaching. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, autism, trauma, divorce, and parent-child attachment. Melissa strongly believes that positive change is possible and is here to help guide individuals through the process of growth and healing.

Ryan Herman
Business Director, Co-owner
Ryan graduated with a degree in Business Management from Ripon College in 2010. Since graduating, Ryan has held leadership positions at Sysco Foods as an Operations Supervisor and Pepsico as Senior Logistics Analyst. In 2018, he started selling products on Amazon.com, which allowed him to leave his corporate position in June of 2020. Since becoming self-employed, Ryan has connected deeply with yoga, meditation, energy healing and holistic medicine. He holds certifications in 200-hour yoga training and Reiki Holy Fire I & 2. He loves all things magical and mystical, including rainbows🌈 and unicorns🦄

Sarah Evans
LCSW
Sarah Evans earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University in 2020. She has worked for two years with youth in the Utah Foster Care System. She has experience working with complex trauma, reactive attachment, anxiety, and depression; as well as issues related to self-esteem and life transitions. Her approach to therapy is informed by Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and experiential practices. She is honored to join clients on their journey of self-understanding and growth; and enjoys celebrating their progress and strengths along the way. Outside of the office, Sarah loves running, hiking, reading, and being outdoors with her family.

Tileah Patterson
LCSW
Tileah graduated with a degree in Recreational Therapy and Sociology for BYU in 2012 and earned her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Utah in 2015. Tileah's background in recreational therapy builds a strong foundation in integrated experiential models of therapy such as art, sand tray, and play therapy. She is also trained in EMDR. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of challenges including mood disorders, eating disorders, trauma issues, and relationship healing.

Heather Rindlisbacher
ACMHC
Heather received her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2021. She also studied Marriage, Family and Human Development with a specialization in early childhood and a minor in sociology at BYU-Provo. Her primary client focus is early childhood up to 12 years of age and she has specialized training in EMDR, child-centered play therapy, autism, and adhd.

Kiki Tolman
CMHC Intern, CASUDC
Kiki graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Art and Design and with a Certificate of Proficiency in Advanced Substance Use Disorder Counseling. She has over 7 years experience working in addiction recovery. She is currently in the UVU Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and completing my clinical training hours as an intern and anticipate graduating May 2023. Kiki uses Art Therapy in individual and group sessions where clients are free to explore their thoughts, beliefs, and feelings authentically. She believes that a non-judgmental environment of support is necessary to heal and change. I would love to be that support for you as we work together as a team in pursuit of achieving your mental health and life goals.

Shauna Light
CMHC Intern
Shauna earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Utah Valley University and is pursuing her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. Her
extensive advocacy work has included children in foster care, sexual assault survivors, and spouses/family members of those suffering from addiction. Shauna has experience working
with blended families and individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Shauna appreciates
the opportunity and responsibility to strengthen and support others in the face of their life challenges.

Lauren Castro
LCSW
Lauren earned her Master's in Social Work from University of Utah. She has experience providing mental health services to families with children that have behavioral and social disorders. She has also spent time in provided services for substance abuse, mental health, trauma debriefing, and family conflict, sexual trauma and and/or sexual behavior problems. Lauren provided guidance to at-risk students to determine needs/barriers and find solutions to increase student success.

Oranna Adams
Office Manager
Oranna graduated with an Associates Degree in Medical Assisting from Stevens-Henagar’s College of Business, Provo, UT. Specializing in front and back-office procedures. Since graduating, she has worked with companies in a variety of industries from health care services to personal banker. She retired this year and moved back to Utah from Las Vegas so she could spend more time with family (ten grandkids) and friends. She claims “This is the best job ever!” In her spare time she belly dances and has been for over 30 years. She loves to collects shoes, unicorns, fabric, and bright shiny objects. She is a big believer in magic, holistic medicine, meditation, all things spiritual and knows in her heart big foot is real!
