Barbara earned her bachelor’s degree at Utah Valley State College in Behavioral Science in 2002 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Utah in 2005. She is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and has been working with children and families for over 17 years. Barbara is trained in play therapy, sand tray therapy, art therapy, EMDR and parent coaching. She has experience working with trauma, attachment problems, ADHD, oppositional defiant behaviors, and issues around self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and adjustment. She enjoys helping children and families heal and improve their lives.

Melissa earned her Master's degree in Counseling from Adams State University in 2016. She is a Registered Play Therapist and loves working with children, families, and adults. She is trained in sand tray therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, and parent coaching.  She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, autism, trauma, divorce, and parent-child attachment. Melissa strongly believes that positive change is possible and is here to help guide individuals through the process of growth and healing.

Ryan graduated with a degree in Business Management from Ripon College in 2010. Since graduating, Ryan has held leadership positions at Sysco Foods as an Operations Supervisor and Pepsico as Senior Logistics Analyst. In 2018, he started selling products on Amazon.com, which allowed him to leave his corporate position in June of 2020. Since becoming self-employed, Ryan has connected deeply with yoga, meditation, energy healing and holistic medicine. He holds certifications in 200-hour yoga training and Reiki Holy Fire I & 2. He loves all things magical and mystical, including rainbows and unicorns.🌈🦄

Angelica graduated from the University of Colorado, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and soon after earned her Master’s Degree Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Human Services
from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Focused on adolescents and emerging adults, she has worked in clinical and school settings, specializing in the unique challenges of these age groups. Certified in DBT and trained in EMDR, Angelica employs a person-centered approach, enhanced by cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based, and emotionally focused therapy. She advocates for a holistic mental health strategy, considering an individual's entire life context—support systems, culture, sexual orientation, and spirituality. Angelica is skilled in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and in developing emotional regulation and attachment, emphasizing the cultivation of skills for long-term success and well-being.

Kayla earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Utah Valley
University in 2022. She has always been involved in caring for others
and has worked in a therapeutic setting for the past 2 years. She is
passionate about helping others make positive changes and encouraging them to grow. She is trained in EMDR, Sand Tray, and TF-CBT. She has also received training in Synergetic Play Therapy® and is working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). She loves life and focuses on living in the present. She enjoys yoga, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.🧘🏻‍♀️🗺️⛰️

Lauren holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Utah in 2017 and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Brigham Young University in 2003. She excels in addressing the complex social dynamics and individual behaviors through her practice. She has experience working with all ages and stages of life from toddlers, preschoolers, school age children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and the elderly. Lauren has addressed family crises, abuse/neglect, domestic violence, trauma, grief, attachment, depression, anxiety, disabilities, chronic illness, and behavioral concerns in children. Her expertise extends to interventions for mental health, trauma, and family conflict, employing empathy and evidence-based approaches. Lauren's commitment to professional development and a holistic approach makes her a trusted ally in fostering personal growth and healing.

Sarah earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University in 2020. She has worked for two years with youth in the Utah Foster Care System. She has experience working with complex trauma, reactive attachment, anxiety, and depression; as well as issues related to self-esteem and life transitions. Her approach to therapy is informed by Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and experiential practices. She is honored to join clients on their journey of self-understanding and growth; and enjoys celebrating their progress and strengths along the way. Outside of the office, Sarah loves running, hiking, reading, and being outdoors with her family.

Tileah graduated with a degree in Recreational Therapy and Sociology from BYU in 2012 and earned her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Utah in 2015. Tileah's background in recreational therapy builds a strong foundation in integrated experiential models of therapy such as art, sand tray, and play therapy. She is also trained in EMDR. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of challenges including mood disorders, eating disorders, trauma issues, and relationship healing.

Heather received her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2021. She also studied Marriage, Family and Human Development with a specialization in early childhood and a minor in sociology at BYU-Provo. Her primary client focus is early childhood up to 12 years of age and she has specialized training in EMDR, child-centered play therapy, autism, and ADHD.

Sharon holds a BS in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from NAU, and a Masters in Social Work from Boston University. Sharon has a heart for helping others, she has a rich background in volunteering as a crisis worker and at an unhoused assistance facility and she has provided invaluable ABA therapy support to autistic children. She skillfully employs DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, alongside specialized training in Trauma-Focused CBT and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). Passionate about aiding clients to overcome past trauma, Sharon's background enriches her therapeutic practices. Sharon was born in Orem, UT, grew up in Longmont, CO and finished her high school years in Chinle, AZ, on the Navajo reservation. She balances her professional life with family, caring for three children and a bonus son, alongside her 2 fur babies (12- year old dog and 2 year old cat). In her free time she likes to do crafts, garden, hike, go camping, practice yoga, read and find fun activities to do with her kids.

Meredith earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Utah Valley University and is working towards her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Bellevue University. She has experience working with adolescents and their families working through anxiety, mood disorders, relationship conflicts, and post-traumatic growth. Meredith enjoys connecting with clients through experiential therapy and by understanding their unique family system. She enjoys working with kids and adolescents to help create therapeutic skills that will support them throughout their life. In her personal time she enjoys being outside, reading, exercising, and trying out new DIY projects. 

Emily received her Bachelor's in Family Studies and Human Development from Brigham Young University in December 2021 and is now working toward completing her Master's in Social Work through the University of Memphis. Emily has had experience working with toddlers with autism and other developmental delays. She has also worked for two years as a Mentor for youth in the Utah Foster Care system. Emily decided to go back to school for her Master's in order to help all children and families suffering from physical, verbal, and emotional abuse. One of Emily's greatest strengths is her ability to listen intently and offer support to those in crisis. Emily loves to play and experience life to its fullest. Outside of the office, Emily likes to be in the mountains hiking or hammocking, as well as doing all types of crafts, like scrapbooking and wreath making.

​Katherine graduated with her Bachelor's degree at Brigham Young University of Idaho where she studied interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis of Dance Education and a minor in Health Psychology. She has spent the last eight years teaching dance to children and choreographing dances for showcases and competitions. She is very passionate about the arts and is also equally passionate about mental health. Katherine chose to pursue a degree in Mental Health Counseling/ Dance Movement Therapy at Lesley University. She recognizes how movement has the ability to heal individuals through a holistic and somatic approach. Katherine has experience working with individuals who experience trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, and relationship conflict. Outside of the office Katherine loves to take dance classes, go for runs, hike with her service dog Tigerlilly and spend time reading a good book.

Oranna graduated with an Associates Degree in Medical Assisting from Stevens-Henagar’s College of Business, Provo, UT.  Specializing in front and back-office procedures. Since graduating, she has worked with companies in a variety of industries from health care services to personal banker. She retired this year and moved back to Utah from Las Vegas so she could spend more time with family (ten grandkids) and friends. She claims “This is the best job ever!” In her spare time she belly dances and has been for over 30 years.  She loves to collects shoes, unicorns, fabric, and bright shiny objects.  She is a big believer in magic, holistic medicine, meditation, all things spiritual and knows in her heart big foot is real!
